Technoesis has signed an MOU with Indian institute of Arbitration & Mediation for organizing various training programs offered by IIAM at Mumbai.

The training programs offer the opportunity to learn what is necessary to become an effective negotiator, a skilful mediator, a talented mediation adviser/advocate, an efficient arbitrator or an effective arbitration lawyer/consultant. We have already completed some training programs in the field of ADR.

A list of proposed Training Programs is as under:

1.	Professional Mediation Training Program - Duration: 5 Days, 40 Hours Description Ever thought of being a Negotiator or Mediator/ Conciliator? Well, you do not have to have a specific qualification. If you have good listening skills, integrity, sense of fairness and a passion for conflict resolution, this Program can provide you the necessary training through interactive presentations & discussions. You will also actively participate in a spectrum of role plays covering diverse aspects of Negotiation, Mediation & Deal Mediation. This program covers Negotiation, Mediation and Deal Mediation and will enhance your ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts. It will cover various aspects such as understanding bargaining styles, setting goals, nurturing relationships critical to business interests and maximizing leverage to conclude a deal or resolve a dispute. It will also provide a solid foundation to serve as an ADR practitioner/ neutral. *Benefits:* Expert and highly experienced trainers Interactive presentations & real life case studies Variety of active role plays through small groups Accreditation as Professional Mediator Empanelment as Grade-B Mediator with IIAM You can apply for membership of India International ADR Association (IIADRA) You can upgrade as International Mediator with International Mediation Institute (IMI) You can apply for empanelment with Govt/Professional bodies as Mediator/ Conciliator
2.	Professional Certificate in Commercial Arbitration - Duration: 2 Days, 15 Hours Description This program will provide knowledge and an appreciation of commercial arbitration and its role within the Indian legal system. It will deal with the arbitration law and practice, with emphasis on procedure of arbitration, both ad-hoc and institutional. It will also cover drafting of arbitration agreements and awards. The program will illustrate the art of drafting dispute resolution clauses appropriate to the parties, business needs and dispute resolution desires. The Program will provide a solid foundation for participants to represent in Commercial Arbitration as an Arbitrator. It will also provide an opportunity for empanelment as an IIAM Arbitrator. *Benefits:* After successful completion, certificates will be awarded to the participants. Eligibe participants will also be empanelled as IIAM Arbitrators subject to the norms of empanelment.
3.	Certificate in International Business Negotiation - Duration: 2 Days, 15 Hours Description The program is designed to provide a thorough understanding of negotiation process, power and how this impacts on people. The strategic negotiation framework enables participants to take total control of their negotiation environment no matter how complex the situation. The program will focus on the dynamics of power in negotiation - who has it, how did they get it, how is it used, and how it impacts deals or settlements. It will explore specific techniques in maximizing each party's potential to negotiate at their best and understand the essentials of shadow negotiation. It takes participants far beyond standard 'negotiation models', 'bargaining', with refreshing discovery learning style and content which will change the outlook and behaviour of human interaction. The program will cover the basic foundations for effective negotiation, understanding the bargaining style, setting goals in negotiation, nurturing relationships critical to negotiation success and maximizing leverage to conclude a deal. Through discussion and role-plays, it will focus on the structure, skills, strategies and goals of negotiation. *Benefits:* The Program entitles you to complete the Mediation Training Program, which makes you a Professional Mediator, by joining on the third day of the Mediation Training Program and completing the balance 25 hours.
